Do I need to attend before my migration?
Yes, we recommend attending one or more live webinars before your migration to help you become familiar with Journey EMS and feel confident ahead of your go-live date.
If you're unable to attend a live session, our on-demand training videos are a great way to get started. We also encourage you to make the most of the trial system provided to you, giving you the opportunity to explore Journey EMS and practise using its features before your migration.
Can more than one person from my organisation attend?
Absolutely. We encourage everyone who will be using Journey EMS to attend.To ensure our live webinars are available to all and give the opportunity to ask questions, places are limited.
Will the webinar be recorded?
Yes. Live webinars are recorded and will be forwarded to all registered attendees.
How long does a webinar last?
Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the topic, and include time for questions.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. There will be opportunities throughout each webinar to ask our trainers questions. During demonstrations, your trainer may ask that questions are saved until the end of that section to help keep the training flowing smoothly and ensure all planned content is covered.
